Simple Advertsing Programme:

Our ‘Simple Advertising’ Programme offers the opportunity for your timeshare details to be marketed and advertised by Media Advertising, so your timeshare property is seen by a global audience.

For this programme there is an Advertising & Administration payment of £75.00 GBP Sterling. This payment covers your Timeshare property for one GUARANTEED ADVERT per month for 4 months.

We deal with all the legal requirements involved in completing your sale. The buyer will be responsible for all Legal and Deed Transfer fees together with any other Costs. Therefore the price we quote for your week(s) will be the NET sales price to you.

To register your Timeshare onto the ‘Simple Advertising Programme’ please complete the registration form and email back to us. Once we have received your Registration information to go onto the Advertising Programme we will send you a copy of your registration together with instructions regarding the £75GBP payment. Once we have received a signed copy of your registration form and your payment we will enter your timeshare onto our In- House Database and feature your Timeshare Property in our Media Advertising and we will start marketing your Timeshare Property immediately.

You will then receive a confirmation letter and a receipt for your Advertising & Administration payment.
