Remember you are selling a Timeshare Property. It is not a case of register today ~ gone tomorrow.

Selling a Timeshare Property is governed on

• What size Property you own
• Where you own ie Spain , Florida
• Which Resort you own ie Gold Crown resort / Standard
• Which Season you own ~ Red / White / Blue / etc
• If it is Freehold or Leasehold ( how many years left)
• And lastly how flexible you are with your price.

Below is a selling price guideline table

Gold Crown Properties:
1 Bedroom Apartments ~ £1500 up to £3500 GBP Sterling
2 Bedroom Apartments + ~ £2000 up to £6000 GBP Sterling

*The upper end of this price table is for highly sought after resorts for example resorts in the Anfi Group or Marriott Group.

Standard Properties:
1 Bedroom Apartments ~ £800 up to £1350 GBP Sterling
2 Bedroom Apartments + ~ £1500 up to 2500 GBP Sterling

Studio Properties:
Studio properties are extremely difficult to sell ~ so when wanting to sell a Studio make the price as LOW as possible. Please note we are only able to list Studio Properties with Red weeks. White & Blue Season Studio weeks are virtually impossible to sell.

Timeshare Points:
We do not list Timeshare Points.
